Because of our continued expansion and growth, we are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting in the United States and partner closely with our international sites to drive an elite candidate experience and hire high quality talent. This role is a tremendous growth opportunity where you will be responsible for evolving our agile and proactive recruiting function, leveraging technology and analytics to scale and support our most important asset – people!

Our software is downloaded every almost 6 seconds and have 1,000s of customers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Uber, GE and SalesForce to name a few) in over 150 countries.

 The Position:

  • Lead a team of two recruiters and also personally recruit  responsible for recruiting several key roles.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of recruitment strategy, including processes, systems, training, measurement, and optimization.
  • Build a comprehensive strategic hiring plan with vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Create innovative programs, events and campaigns to generate awareness, build candidate pipeline and drive campus recruiting efforts that align with recruitment goals.
  • Build a data-driven recruiting organization, developing recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, drive decision making and measure team productivity and program ROI.
  • Develop effective working relationships and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organization to understand needs and provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies and challenges.
  • Own strategic and critical hiring requisitions and as needed fill in to insure overall hiring needs are met.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a smart, ambitious recruiting team while driving a high level of performance against our aggressive hiring plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop employment branding and associated collateral.
  • Lead and advance company-wide training and mentoring programs to improve manager screening and interview practices to ensure top quality hires.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Three plus years’ recruiting that includes both agency and in-house experience.
  • Industry experience Experience recruiting in the technology industry and for technical positions preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • A natural curiosity to learn, understand and problem solve.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university, or work experience that demonstrates the skills above skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States – minimum of H1B.
